Girl Talk

     I met with a friend for coffee this morning. She had news about her life that she was concerned about sharing. Once we talked, she felt revealed about my response and our discussion. She noted the Bible verse, Proverbs 27:17 "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another." As concerned as she was about sharing with me, I too was a bit nervous to give her my thoughts as I didn't want them misconstrued or want to offend her.
     I think sometimes the Lord brings people together to keep each other on track with Him. Kind of like accountability partners and we would be remiss if we didn't say, in love, what we felt the Lord was leading us to say to one another. I love my friend. She brings joy, humor and freshness into my life each time I visit with her. May I be such a blessing to her and to others. KT

 without the artist using sharp iron tools to carve beautiful shapes into it. I know I'd be a real blockhead without God and others shaping and molding me!:)
