Lunch with the Ladies
As a female, one of my most precious gifts is my girlfriends. Just sitting with them and hanging out is my favorite pastime. Today I had lunch with five other ladies and we talked of current events, decorating, family, and God's goodness.
God calls us to get together with fellow believers. They keep us accountable and on track. They support us and encourage us. Most of all they remind us that even in the bad times, God is with us not against us. He's allowing us opportunities to be stretched and grow. Only others that have been through the fires of life and come out on the other side without even the smell of smoke can commiserate with us in our times of trial. KT
