No Will Power
For the life of me, I can't seem to stay with a diet and exercise plan. It works for awhile and then I lose steam and fall back into old habits. As I age it's not so much about weight as it is about health issues, that I want to eat better and exercise. When I was younger I thoroughly abused my body and it still hung in there, but now, not so much.
Today I'm claiming 2 Samuel 22:33, "It is God who arms me with strength and makes my way perfect," since I don't seem to have it in my own power to self-discipline myself. Thank you God for being strong when I am weak. Amen. KT
