Maturing in Christ Jesus
Our pastor this morning spoke on Ephesians and the need for us to be maturing in our walk with Christ Jesus. He noted that if we were born again and new in Christ we should not be daily walking in our old ways. He said that maturity should be changing us into the likeness of Christ. Old habits should be passing away and our new habits should be growing, maturing and changing us for the glory of God's kingdom.
His question was essentially, are we different due to our walk with God? If not, why not? KT

Things we did as a child might have been cute then, but if we're still doing these same actions as adults, it may be considered strange or immature.
Ephesians 4: 22 You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; 23 to be made new in the attitude of your minds; 24 and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.
