Passing the Test
Greetings my friends, I'm glad to be back on my blog and pray God is blessing you this day! We had an amazing adventure in Israel the last 10 days, walking the streets and vistas of God's country and people. I'm now working on a photo album of our trip and have been tripped up by the photo processors. Our order of 800 pictures had several poorly processed pictures, many missing from the order and it appeared the nighttime photo technician fell asleep and allowed the prints to drop onto the floor and mingle madly with one another. There is no order to the chaos!
My ever patient husband wandered the house laying out the pictures on any flat surface available, so that we could compare each picture with the order they were taken as per our computer. Really? God knows I have very little patience, He viewed it first hand during an airport meltdown I had on our way back (but that's a story for another day, or never!). But since I have yet to pass the patience test, He (being the Father that knows what His children need to gain maturity) has allowed me to experience another opportunity to practice for passing the test:) KT

Roman engineers were sent by Augustus to assist Herod's men who were struggling to build this harbor in Caesarea, Israel. (Left to me, they would have enjoyed a natural beach setting:)
1 Timothy 1:16
But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display his immense patience as an example for those who would believe in him and receive eternal life.

love your blog background....so you:) the beach theme and seashells. The Lord will use anything to build us into the likeness of Christ. Practice makes perfect. I can do all things through Christ. He will give you the strength.
ReplyDeleteI love the look as well as the blog and cannot wait to hear all of your adventures!!! I don't see where you need any growth in the Lord, but if you do, I'm sure He will perfect you until that day....He sure is me!! Love you Kate!
