Just Keep Praying

     The following script comes from my friend Helen: "...Why bother the teacher anymore?" Mark 5:35  Some men thought it was too late and useless to pray about a hopeless situation.  Jesus heard and ignored them.  He took action and changed a hopeless situation into a glorious example of mercy and power.  Don't stop praying.  He can turn your life around.  He is the God of HOPE.
     It reminded me of the movie, Finding Nemo, where the female fish character, Dory, was an eternal optimist with a poor short-term memory. As difficult situations would arise for the main character, Nemo, Dory would encourage him to "Just keep swimming." 
     For Christians, we should feel like fish out of water when we are not in prayer. As we pray during life's troubled times, "our oxygen" as the oxygen fish get out of water with their gills, should come from our connection to the Holy Spirit of God while in prayer. 
     If today is fraught with trials and temptations, "Just Keep Praying," God hears you. He will respond according to what He knows is best for you, personally, and the pathway He has for your life, specifically. I agree with you in prayer today, my friend. Amen.
