Almighty Pharmacist

A friend called this morning about a party we are going to tomorrow. She also had a similar disorder to the one my husband has been suffering with the last two months. After discussing party details, she asked about an over-the-counter medicine she had recommended. I told her that the odd thing was I had already purchased it the day before she told me about it.
I told her that on Wednesday my husband needed something for his cough so I went to Walgreens and they had a wall of cough-type medicines with different things added in. After standing there several minutes, I went to see if the pharmacist was available. There were at least 10 people waiting, so then I trudged back to the wall of intimidating cough pills and potions and prayed that God would help me get the right one.
As I spoke with her today, she said she had asked the pharmacist and the medicine I picked out was the correct one! I laughed and told her I asked the "Almighty Pharmacist" and it all worked out. It is amazing to me that God cares about every detail of our lives. I've heard people say, "Don't bother God with the little stuff you can handle." But I believe He wants to be in all the stuff of our lives, whether little or big. Thank you Lord for caring about the small stuff, because it's often big to me.
We know how to care for each other, how much more will God care for us?

1 Timothy 5:4
But if a widow has children or grandchildren, these should learn first of all to put their religion into practice by caring for their own family and so repaying their parents and grandparents, for this is pleasing to God.
