She's My Kind of Dog
There's nothing like a dog to brighten my day. My pup is of course my favorite. She knows my habits and loves me anyway. She obeys me and comes when I call her. She stays close when storms come near. And like me, she enjoys sunbathing, coffee, and napping. She's my kind of dog: loving, patient, and loyal.
I believe God gave us animals to remind us of how we should behave toward Him. I should know Gods habits and love others despite their habits. I should know my Master's voice and obey Him when He calls me. I should stay close to God when the storms of life hit. And most importantly, I should mirror God's behaviors and know His ways. He is my kind of God: loving, patient, and loyal. Of course, I mean no disrespect to God with this comparison, and something tells me He doesn't take it that way either, as He knows all that He created is Good.

This is so awesome!! See, you don't have to have kids to understand deeper love. Your baby girl gives you that insight. I never had out the two together. Isn't God great??!!
